In June 2021, Goyururi, a small restaurant in Nishi-Ogikubo in Tokyo, launched its first newsletter "Goyururi Letter" writing about its unique philosophy, opinions, and cute recipes. We closely collaborated to discuss the core value of the letter, and to write short columns from a sociocultural anthropological perspective.
